Custom Mfg., LLC specializes in producing precision screw machine products out of a variety of materials including steel, brass, aluminum and plastics, from a minimum diameter of 1/16″ up to 1-5/8″ through the spindle. We also perform all secondary operations to print specs that include slotting, drilling, threading and de-burring.

Processing includes plating, heat treating and non-destructive testing at customer approved vendors.

In order to provide our customers with the highest possible quality, we review and inspect parts after each operation to ensure the product has been completed per print specifications and meet all customer requirements. Parts are shipped only after 100% approval at final inspection.
